North Myrtle Beach

As part of an integral 60-mile stretch of sandy beaches and scenic views, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is part of the greater area known as the Grand Strand. The city of North Myrtle Beach consists of four beaches. They are Windy Hill, Crescent Beach, Ocean Drive and Cherry Grove Beaches. The four beaches consolidated in 1968 to make North Myrtle Beach what it is today. The year round population now is around 12,000 residents. North Myrtle Beach has about nine miles of Oceanfront Beach.
