Course Description:
The Heathland course at The Legends complex opened in 1990 and is designed by Tom Doak. This course is modeled after British Isles Links Courses and is a true test for even the best of golfers. Heathland has no high vegetation so an ever present wind blows through the course. Shot making is at a premium here to keep the ball out of the thick rough or well placed bunkers. If you put a shot into one of these bunkers be prepared to use all of your skill and creativity to get out of the bunkers and on to your next shot. A large practice area is available for you to warm up and a wonderful club house and grill for you to have lunch after your round.Detailed Golf Course Information:
