This Dan Maples design opened in 1983 to acclaim. Oyster Bay was voted in Golf Digest as the best "Resort Course of the Year" in 1983. Golf Magazine named it #11 in North Carolina in 2008 and it was listed as one of "America's Top Golf Courses" by Zagat survey in 2009. A large variety of holes from long par 4's to island green pars 3's your game will be challenged. Marsh oriented holes will force you to land your ball in the correct position, deep bunkers and greens that have large breaks will test your skills.
