The Surf Golf and Beach Club opened in 1960 and is designed by George Cobb. Renovated in 1992 by John Lafoy and the greens were converted in 1996 to Bentgrass. This parkland style course meanders over 200 acres and has a varied terrain. A fantastic golf experience for any golfer, The Surf Club is a private club that allows us to have a limited number of tee times each day. Set amongst the tree lined fairways in North Myrtle Beach The Surf Club is a challenging course for each golfer. Golf Course Reviews:
Played 12-6 Rained a little most of the round. Course was in good shape. They updated driving range this past summer. It was wet and the greens were still fast.No back up play.
