The staff and members welcome visitors with open arms.

The high-intensity workouts follow the national W.O.D.s that incorporate the 10 general physical skills and 9 fundamental movements that are core to the Crossfit philosophy. As with other locations, the ‘open box’ schedule means that there are no set classes. Coaches and staff will be present to assist and provide guidance and encouragement as necessary.
