Can't beat this location, 1 block from the beach. Corner unit with front and side entrance. Courtyard out front with plenty of parking. Whole house had previously been revamped, flooring, windows, granite counters, appliances. There had been a water leak from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below. See pictures..
