This 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront unit is located on the 1st floor in the Windy Hill Section. The living room has flat screen cable TV/DVD, oceanfront balcony and free wifi. The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has 1 King size bed, flat screen cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan, access to the oceanfront balcony and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has 1 King size bed and flat screen cable TV/DVD. The 3rd bedroom has be converted into a den/ sitting area and flat screen cable TV/DVD. the 4th bedroom has 2 Twins beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a jack and jill half bath. Spacious and comfortable

"This was a wonderful unit. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a den that we used for our 8 month old grandson to sleep a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and a large deck. It was comfortable and clean. The Beach Club III has two elevators, so little to no wait time and overflowing parking across the street. Pool is heated and under part of the building. It was quiet and a beautiful view of the Beach."

"Lovely condo! Lots of seating. Comfortable, just a bit low if you are tall! The kitchen has a nice assortment of things if you are like us and most meals were made in. "

"Beautiful 3 bedroom 1st floor condo. Tastefully furnished with a patio which overlooks the ocean. Completely furnished including a walk-in tub in the master bath. A great place for a vacation."
