Sunset Landing is a quadplex with four 2 bedroom units. Great for groups that may want to have a little space during the evenings. Sunset Landing is directly across from the ocean with easy access to the beach. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Units 1 and 2 face South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach. Units 3 and 4 are on the back side of the building - still a very easy walk to the beach. Each unit is allowed two vehicles. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available for your use. There is no elevator. Property does not have a pool. Motorcycles, Boats, Trailers, RV's are not permitted on site.
