MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. This 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom 12th floor unit is located in the South Tower of Crescent Shores in the Crescent Beach section of NMB. At 2000 sq ft, the condo has a comfortably sized living room with flat screen cable TV and DVD player and free high speed wireless internet. The 26' ocean front balcony allows access from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen cable TV and DVD, ceiling fan and master bathroom offers double vanity sink, a whirlpool garden tub and separate glass enclosed shower. The 2nd master bedroom has a 2 Queens, flat screen cable cable TV, ceiling fan, and private bath. The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the 4th guest bedroom has three twins each with flat screen cable TV and DVD's and ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. Parking garage height 6 feet 8 inches.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT TO BE MISSED!!!

"We were a party of 6, 3 generations, and needed to be able to gather as a group as well as spread out to enjoy privacy. This home is laid out so well. There is plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen to gather as a group and 4 bedrooms/3 baths ( 2 en suite) that allowed separation and privacy as needed. The beds were comfortable and all furnishings appeared new. The decor made it feel very home-y. There is a huge oceanfront balcony where we enjoyed watching the sunrise, birds and even a dolphins sighting! It was the Thanksgiving holiday, the kitchen was well appointed with heating, serving and dinnerware for all. We thoroughly enjoyed being walkable to Molly Darcy’s Irish Pub. It is a quick drive to a variety of other restaurants and the grocery store. We love the beach in the off season and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Crescent Beach. We will definitely be planning a return trip!!"

Great Condo!

"We had a wonderful time in CRESCENT SHORES S 1210. Very clean and decorated so nice! Perfect location with a great restaurant right next door. (Molly Darcy's) Easy to get to the Beach and Pool. So nice to have an oceanfront view!!"
